In this video I installed a catalytic converter into a 2002 Saturn SC2. The flange of the old Cat was rusted out and leaking exhaust, or else I would have kept old Cat. In its place I installed a Walker Ultra, Direct Fit catalytic converter, part number 15842. A gasket was required, part number 31553. These parts are specific to the make and model of the vehicle under repair.
The Walker Cat fit well and was easy to install. No welding or pipe expanding is necessary if you're connecting catalytic converter (#15842) to the Walker down pipe (#53323). They are "direct fit". Check the Walker Web site for the parts designed specifically for your car.
