I’m honored to share this new track, which was created at the request of my friend, Drew. The song is a musical adaptation of a poem Drew wrote when he was 16 years old, capturing his personal struggles and the emotional journey of 'coming out.'

While I had the privilege of breathing life into these lyrics, I want to be clear that this story belongs entirely to Drew. This track is not about my own life; it is his voice (figuratively speaking) and his history, channeled through my sound to honor the vulnerability of his 16-year-old self.

After years of playing "the perfect design," the protagonist shatters the mirror, cuts the puppet strings, and embraces their true spirit alongside a community of fellow "strays," moving from the worship of the night toward a hard-won "light of day."
