A very short introduction to a specific set of Direct Current (DC) bias tunable resonating elements. This resonator is comprised of an RF Inductive choke (which couples the resonator to the main feedline/transmission line), a relatively large (~100 um across) interdigitated capacitor, and a line between the choke and capacitor that provides the tunability
