Ingredients:
1 cup cooked millet (foxtail / little millet / kodo millet)
1 cup curd (adjust as needed)
¼ cup milk (optional – keeps it creamy)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp cumin
1–2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
Curry leaves
1 tbsp grated carrot
Coriander – little
Pomegranate (optional)
Method:
1. Cook millet soft and cool it completely.
2. Mash slightly and add curd + milk + salt. Mix well.
3. Heat oil, add mustard, cumin, curry leaves, green chilli & ginger.
4. Add this tempering to curd millet.
5. Garnish with carrot, coriander & pomegranate.
