My thought is we don't always "need" a chiropractor, although these professionals can be very nice for treatment when we are out of whack. Here's how to adjust yourself for regular self-care, just some joint maintenance. Give it 2 weeks of practice to allow the vertebrae to mobilize a bit, and get used to the different positions. Enjoy!
