One of the most effective ways to burn more calories while building muscle mass is to maximise your workout with an Interval Workout.
4 exercises - 30 seconds sub - maximal effort
No Break in between sets!
Repeat it 3x or 4x!
You can increase the intensity of the workout by;
increasing the length of the sets - try 40 seconds instead of 30secs
pick up a heavier weight - 8 kg kettlebell doesn't feel challenging enough? - try it with 12kg or 14kg! (make sure the weight increase won't affect the form)
