We literally ate from a toilet bowl at this ridiculously good local off-strip favorite restaurant! Aside from the brussel spouts, we ordered the chicken and waffles, and the chopped brisket and bacon flatbread sandwich. We met Chris, the owner, who gave us some background and amazing sourcing principles they operate by. This is one place you'll want to visit during your next trip to LV.
