My brand new KitchenAid mixer was mixing very badly. I finally figured out that it was because the dime test was failing. The replacement units they sent me solved that problem but had other problems. They also took forever to arrive (4 months). Near the end of the video, I show how to fix the problem with home-made shims if you are out of warranty. I was really disappointed with the product after waiting for so long to get a nice mixer and having this happen.
