Baldrix is a very interesting boss. It looks difficult and complicated at first but I think you can get the flow of it very quickly. This whole boss fight necessarily does not require comms, but it is nice to call things out in the event that other party members do not know what is happening. Phase 1 is very quiet and honestly kind of boring, while Phase 2 is a bit more active and sometimes just has some unfortunate patterns where if you don't have an iframe you will suffer getting hit. Theres a cool mechanic where a tornado/storm will go from Left to Center to Right and you can call it out to warn your party members if you're the first to see it. I don't know exactly how to explain it but in Phase 3 it just feels very good to enter this sort of flow state once you get the hang of things and honestly I had a really great time.
The bosses HP split is 26.4%/28%/45.6%, a tiiinnnnyyy bit different from the new Lotus and Limbo format, with P1 and P2 having less total hp% and P3 having more. Hell P3 feels like it's half the fight with how much time you spend dodging things. P1 and P2 HP values received a small nerf in both Normal and Hard Mode going from Test Server to Official Release.
Prior to doing any of our runs last night, the knowledge we had on the boss was just from messing around in Phase 1 on test servers last week and then reading a pattern guide for a bit the day before. The pattern guide explained stuff well but there were some things that I still found confusing and had to run the boss for myself to find out.

Eventually I will make a version of my own around Summer after I am more comfortable about how everything in this boss works.
I can not speak for everyone when I say this, but at least for the very beginning of this fight I believe 2 minute classes do struggle a bit. The reasoning for this is because in every phase of Baldrix, there is a cutscene or space transition that moves you into another dimension (or the boss just completely iframes in phase 3). This makes getting your burst off immediately off cooldown quite difficult and not attempting to burst straight away can delay it enough to the point where they may not be able to use their Origin burst 6 times in the 30 minute window. Of course this problem can be alleviated a bit with Level 250 Mercedes + Cooldown hat, but 2 minute classes with longer bursts will still suffer a bit.
That being said, Baldrix was very fun and I hope to improve much more and we can one and done this boss consistently for every week following this one.
