This is an AB comparison between my Analog hardware SSL G Bus Compressor and some of the most used SSL plugin recreations like The Glue, UAD, and Waves.

Keep in mind this is a test meant to be for the Dance, EDM, House Music environment and it is my own personal point of view, doesn't mean that is the absolute truth, it's what I hear, you might hear something different and that's ok.

Some comparisons might have slightly different gain volume altho I tried to be as close as possible with both setting and signal, this might make it for an unfair judgment, so I exported the different versions and can download .wav files here:

this way you can listen to high-quality audio in your own DAW and try to match with whatever other plugins you like, included in the folder are the Hardware SSL, UAD SSL, Waves SSL, The Glue and Unmastered mix (keep in mind the song has a slightly different melody from the original for copyright reasons)
