sudo apt install openssh-client

.ssh folder location is: home/.ssh/
sshd_config file location: /etc/ssh/

in windows be sure to show hidden folder
in windows .ssh folder location: C:\user\pc_name\.ssh
config file location: C:\program_data\ssh\

policy change for no password:
local policy group: local policy-security policy-allow none password file
to start server from manual to auto:
computer managment-service and application- service- openssh server set to automatic.

set windows network to private.
