Ever found yourself exhuasted beyond understanding? You arent burning out, you are eating right, you are doing "externally" all the right things- why this endless exhaustion then?
Or suddenly you find that you just procrastinate everything? You just dont want to do the simplest of things that used to be so easy for you? That you know will take simple effort and you have the desire to do so.
Or there is this constant exhaustion that you feel that doesn't go away with how much you sleep, eat or rest?
Maybe someone called you lazy for it or maybe you yourself said it too. Maybe you have tried setting alarms, taking help- but all of it is temporary.
The above signs are of a deep mental and emotional exhaustion that manifests itself as physical exhaustion.
This exhaustion doesn't come from what you eat or how you sleep but from what you are thinking and feeling everyday, the decisions you are making, the coping mechanisms you are carrying, the loneliness and sadness you have buried.
