The technology industry is rapidly shifting toward using independent AI agents that can perform real-world tasks, but these systems are prone to failure because they blindly trust the data they are given. Unlike older systems where a human could spot an error on a dashboard, an AI agent using bad data will simply make a wrong decision, such as recommending the wrong movie or messing up a server configuration. To solve this, experts recommend a "data constitution" called the Creed framework, which creates strict laws that block bad data before it ever reaches the AI. This system acts as a safety gate to quarantine errors immediately, prioritizing safety so that the AI remains reliable and does not "go rogue" by acting on corrupted information.
