Jajce in Bosnia & Herzegovina just left us speechless. The moment we hopped off the bus, we were greeted by a massive waterfall in the middle of town — and that was only the beginning. From exploring the ancient fortress and medieval catacombs to hiking out to the stunning Pliva watermills and jumping into the crystal-clear river, Jajce completely blew us away.

We also tasted Bosnia’s most famous dishes — Ćevapi and grah — and can honestly say they’re worth the trip alone. If you’re visiting Bosnia, don’t skip this incredible town.
