It also outlines joint oversight of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant and recognises current front lines while calling for Russian withdrawals from parts of Ukraine. Moscow says it has received the plan and is reviewing it. Meanwhile, Russian advances continue in eastern Ukraine, missile and drone strikes persist nationwide, and officials warn that the defunct Chernobyl nuclear site could be at renewed risk amid the conflict.
