Original Pumpkin Recipe: https://www.food.com/recipe/peanut-bu...
Pumpkins
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted Butter
3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
8oz Powdered Sugar
Red Food Coloring (15-20 drops)
Yellow Food Coloring (15-20 drops)
Green Decorative Icing
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, melt the butter and add the food coloring to achieve a vibrant orange; mix thoroughly.
2. Add the peanut butter and blend completely.
3. begin adding powdered sugar slowly while blending it in; adding until you reach a stiff dough consistency.
4. Shape the dough into 1"-1 1/2" balls and place on a cookie sheet.
5. Using a toothpick or back of a butter knife, add vertical indentations around each ball to create the lines on a pumpkin
6. Using the green decorative icing, add a small amount on top to create the stem of the pumpkin.
7. Store these in the refrigerator so they remain firm.
*Notes*
Double the recipe I show in the video to make the full amount
In order to get the dough stiff enough, you will likely have to use your hands to fully incorporate the powdered sugar.
Err on the side of more food coloring than less; the peanut butter and powdered sugar really dilute the color.

Spooky Eyeballs
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted Butter
3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
8oz Powdered Sugar
1 bag white chocolate chips
Brown M&M's or Reese's Pieces
Red Icing
1 tbs water
Red Food Coloring (10-15 drops)
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a medium bowl
2. Add the peanut butter and blend completely.
3. begin adding powdered sugar slowly while blending it in; adding until you reach a stiff dough consistency.
4. Shape the dough into 1"balls and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet and then into the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more to set up.
5. In a small bowl add the water, red food coloring and blend.
6. Begin adding powdered sugar and mix until you reach the consistency of an icing.
7. place the icing in a pastry bag or ziplock with the corner cut off.
8. In a medium bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave (30 seconds to start and then in 10 second increments as needed)
9. remove the balls from the fridge and carefully dip them into the melted chocolate to completely coat them and place back on the wax paper to set up.
10. Gently press a M&M or Reese's Pieces into the top of each ball to act as a pupil.
11. Using the red icing, create squiggly vertical lines starting from the pupil down to the bottom; all the way around the eye to represent bloodshot eyes.
12. Store these in the refrigerator so they remain firm.
*Notes*
If I were to do this again, I would use a toothpick inserted into each ball to dip and coat them in the chocolate and then place the M&M or Reese's Pieces over the hole it created.
