Bodø - Moskenes ferry to Lofoten islands in Norway in September | Road trip in Norway

As we are approaching the northernmost part of Norway, we planned to see the Lofoten islands as well. It was already mid-September, and the fastest way to get to Lofoten is by taking a ferry from Bodø (there are other ports, depending on where you want to go on the Lofoten Islands).

Note: This ferry trip needs to be pre-booked online! And it is not free (other ferries to Lofoten are free).

Our plan was to spend 2 quiet days in Å, which is the last village in Lofoten and where the road ends.
