Our band Voices (Atco Records) formed in the late 1970's decided to get together for a follow-up reunion concert bringing members together from CA, NC, and CT. On Oct. 9th, 2025 we shared the stage with 4 of the 5 original band members, and were joined by Frank De Maio, acclaimed guitarist from CT. The group performed 2 hrs. and 40 minutes of a mixture of progressive rock music and originals. They covered music by Yes, Genesis, ELP, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, UK, Beatles, their own originals and more. This is an original song written in the early 1980s that seems even more appropriate today! It is called Ground Zero, and expresses our concern over the real possibility of nuclear war! We'd like to credit Salvatore Martirano (uncle of the drummer and keyboardist) for use of some recorded material from his record L'sGA!
