This is the FLY-X3 Plus, 3-axis gimbal from ikan. In this video you'll see the unboxing and get a brief tutorial on some of the basics components.
For the comparison portion, I use both the GoPro Hero 4 Silver and the Samsung Galaxy S7 (image stabilization turned on), comparing the gimbal to the performance of a standard monopod.
