This sugar egg puff ("Sa Yung") is a traditional and special dim sum in Hong Kong. Choi Lung Restaurant located in Cheun Lung of Tai Mo Shan. It is the highest hill in Hong Kong. Having an early dim sum breakfast or dim sum lunch here is a unique experience in Hong Kong and just feel like going back to 70's and 80's.
