Pull Ups - Strongman Training Library
Start from a dead hang. You can use narrow, wide, or medium grip to hit your lats slightly differently. In this video we use a medium grip. You may consider a thumbless grip to put your wrist in a more comfortable position.
Keep your chest up and instead of thinking “pull up”, think of pushing your elbows down.
You want to get your chin even with or above the bar.
