The first tip I have for everyone is to try to find ways to learn more skills/education. Often times employers will pay you more money if you've shown that you've put in the work at a 2 or 4 year institution. I know that college/education is becoming less and less necessary these days, but I still think that it shows employers that you're dedicated enough - that it displays that you won't just flake on a new job after a few months.

Secondly, getting management experience and learning to deal with people is a valuable skill to have. I talk about that in this video with some specific tips for you - I believe if you have expertise in something, you can teach others and mentor others to take a leadership role, and you don't even have to technically manage anyone.

Third, making efficient use of your time at work, or outside of work - making sure that you're always developing skills that can translate to your career will help you long-term. I personally found taking on projects outside of work to be the most learning-intensive, as often times I'd choose projects where I'd have my own "skin in the game".

Lastly, if you want to increase your income potential, you'll need to find a career or job that can scale and where you are levered. If you can do that, when you have a job or deal that gets completed and you get paid a percentage on that - that's basically one of the best scenarios for creating wealth.
