Improve your Front Foot Drives (1 Simple Tip)

Improve your front foot drives in cricket with this one simple tip. Playing better front foot drives can change a batsmen's game in cricket and help them score more runs in matches. This batting tip is helpful for beginners as well as advance cricketers.

As a batsmen (of any ages) learn to play front foot shots (cover drive, straight drive, off drive and on drive), they are sometimes unaware of what their back foot is doing. They are so focused on their front foot moving, that their back foot movements are not given much attention. This leads to all sorts of slides and twists! Sometimes the back foot twists up and the heel is pointing up. This causes the batsmen to become squared up in the hips and commonly leads to hitting the ball early, causing edges and ball going in the air.

In this video I show you what is the correct way and how you can practice this to improve your front foot drives.
