It's Year Four Day Two Hundred Ninety, 1386 days since Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, with the goal of seizing Kyiv and replacing the lawfully-elected government within two or three days, a week at the outside.
The videos in this series are an attempt to preserve those moments of the war, the lives of soldiers and civilians, of the very young and the very old and what is happening in the largest European land war since World War II. I'm using photographs taken in the course of the war, and artwork created as a result, an attempt to make sure these moments are not lost.
