Note: I'm sure "Fubuki" "Chidori" is actually the names of ships. Then there's "Islands of pretty women and waves of men", which very much could suggest the Ryukyan island Yonaguni. "Yonaguni has also been constantly associated with the myth of the island of women (Nyōgo no Shima) since the Edo period."
