This video shows the complete disassembly (teardown) process of the Xiaomi 14 smartphone.
No commentary – only the real step-by-step disassembly process.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Before removing the back cover, heating is required to soften the adhesive.
• The battery must also be heated again before removal.
• Ethyl alcohol is used to soften the adhesive during the process.
🔧 Tools used:
• Custom-made tool created from a utility knife
• Thin plastic sheet
• Screwdriver
• Plastic tool for safely disconnecting the battery connector (no short-circuit risk)
• Ethyl alcohol for adhesive softening
