Yes, you can also say “al hisaab” الحساب when asking for the bill at a restaurant.
The ح in حدفع is a future tense indicator. Add ح (7a) to any present tense verb and this will change it to the future tense. This is equivalent to رح (ra7). This is in the Levantine dialect + other dialects as well . in MSA/ فصحى , it is سوف .
