At Flight Sim Expo 2025, I got an early look at Meridian GMT’s upcoming flight sim hardware—and even though the products are still in development, what they’re building looks seriously impressive.

Think Honeycomb Aeronautical, but with a modular twist. Meridian is designing a system with interchangeable panels, swappable throttle quadrants, and a sleek controller made specifically for flight sim—and yes, it’s Xbox-compatible. They are aiming for a price point under $100.

I had the chance to talk with Daniel Lui, Director of Design at Meridian, who walked me through their vision, goals, and the meticulous attention to detail that’s going into each piece of gear.
