Happy Holidays from Raw & Real Retail at the Capital City Mall in Camp Hill, PA! This mall is one of my favorite success stories. A few years ago, it was kinda down on its luck and a topic of concern for a future dying mall. Since then a nice tasteful remodel has breathed new life into this mall, making it the hot spot for anyone to mall at in the Harrisburg area, to the detriment of the other malls in the area. The mall stands today boasting 100% occupancy. The lack of a clear shot down the concourse due to the multiple kiosks tells the tale.
