✅ What Counts as One-Ingredient?
• Fresh fruits (apple, banana, berries)
• Vegetables (spinach, sweet potato, broccoli)
• Proteins (eggs, chicken, salmon)
• Whole grains (quinoa, oats, brown rice)
• Natural fats (avocado, olive oil, almonds)
If it has a label, it should have ONE ingredient.
