File organization: for law firms (in the cloud!)

How to organize files for your law firm? First, you will need some kind of cloud back-up system. Then, I use a simple folder system for law firm cases. Cases are named and then move from folder to folder as they progress. I have folders for active clients, inactive and consults (hopefully future clients). I then organize my cloud files by type of law. Then, I have a specific list of items inside each case file. Let me know how you organize your law firm!
