昔から親しまれた家庭料理です。低脂肪、高たんぱくとヘルシーでありながら旨味もしっかりと味わえます。
慣れないとすこし下ごしらえに時間が取られ面倒に思われがちですが、調理手順は至って簡単ですのでどなたでも楽しみながら作れます。
白出しを使った薄味、薄色仕立てのレシピですので、ちょっとお洒落な和食のお酒のつまみやパーティーなどにピッタリ。

油揚げ　一袋 （5枚入り）
白滝　1袋
タケノコの水煮　1パック（約150g）
ニンジン　1/2本　１００ｇ　
シイタケ、または乾燥シイタケ　5笠
高野豆腐　2個　（1パック4個入り）
インゲン豆　4枚ぐらい

煮汁材料
水　４００ｃｃ
日本酒　６０ｃｃ
だしこぶ　6センチ角ぐらい
白出し　大匙1.5から大匙２

Abura Age （Fried Tofu Skin - 1 pack (5 pieces)
Shirataki (White Yum Noodle) - 1 pack
Takenoko no mizuni (bamboo Shoot) - 1 pack/about 150g
Carrot - 1/2 stick (about 150g)
Shiitake Mushroom/ Dried Shiitake Mushroom - 5-6 pieces
Kouya Tofu (Freeze-Dried Tofu) - use 2 pieces (1 package contains 4 pieces)
*discard the flavor sachet (Soup Base) if the freeze-dried Tofu comes with it.
Green Beans - 4-5 pieces
- ingredients or stewing liquid-
Water 400cc
Japanese Sake 60cc
Dashi Konbu (Dried Kelp) about 4 square inches
Shiro Dashi (Concentrated Fish Stock Base) -
2 TBSP (adjust to your flavor profile but calculate-in 20% plus density in remaining liquid after cooking)

Note: if you are Vegan, substitute Shiro Dashi, the fish stock base, to Vegetable stock and salt of your choice
