GOD SAVED OUR CHILD!!

It is truly a miracle my tiny petite wife was able to push out a baby this size in the comfort of our own home. Both of my previous kids were only 6lbs, however this one was much bigger.

If you saw the previous labor and delivery video i posted prior to this one, we started in the tub, but there were some complications so upon moving to the bedroom, the midwives decided to dial 911 for EMS because of shoulder dystocia.

Shoulder dystocia is an obstetric emergency in which normal traction on the fetal head does not lead to delivery of the shoulders. It is a medical emergency. While your baby is stuck, they can't breathe and their umbilical cord may be squeezed. Your baby will need help to be born quickly so they can get enough oxygen. Both baby and mom is in danger when this occurs.

It's hard to explain the level of intensity that filled that room. I think everyone knew it was bad, BUT GOD had everything under control. And i knew in the end, only He could make a way.

I've cut out hours worth of footage to give you guys a 10 minute video. What seemed like seconds in this video was actually minutes. and what seemed like minutes in this video was actually hours. Her water broke at 10pm and i didn't go to sleep until 7am the next morning.

Everyone in the room were praying for a beautiful outcome. and we certainly received that. Huge shout out to the entire birth team. We are truly thankful!

All glory goes to God. He saved our child!
