Last time, you saw me set out on my 1,200km hitchhike across Japan — from rainstorms and Kappa monster legends to ending the night shooting archery with strangers.
Now the journey continues. I hitched rides through Beppu, experienced its famous hot springs, and met some unforgettable people along the way. After covering over 300 kilometers, I finally arrived in Hiroshima — a city with deep history and vibrant energy.
This is part of my hitchhiking series across Japan, where I rely entirely on the kindness of strangers to get from one end of the country to the other.
