Let's make Hot Buttered Rum! This simple hot cocktail is easy to make. Start by making a Spiced Butter Batter with holiday spices and sugar. Once you have your spiced butter, it's just a matter of choosing your favorite rum and topping with Hot Water. Cream is optional!
