Your body releases energy when you speak. This reaction is natural — don’t fight it.
2️⃣ Nervousness is like a thin gas
It moves through your body. When your body is unstable, your voice becomes unstable too.
Stabilize your body, and your voice will stop shaking.
3️⃣ Slow down your rate of speech
Speaking slower helps your mind and body calm down and makes you sound more confident.
4️⃣ Don’t try to be perfect
There is no such thing as perfect communication.
Trying to be perfect increases nervousness.
5️⃣ Practice for one minute every day
Talk about your day for one minute — alone or with a friend.
This small habit builds confidence over time.
