Difference between pedagogy and andragogy .

The focus is on the teacher, and the students are expected to follow the teacher's lead. This model is most commonly associated with primary and secondary education.
Andragogy, on the other hand, is based on the idea that adult learners are more self-directed and motivated. The focus is on the adult learner, who has unique needs and wants to learn. Andragogy emphasizes the importance of making learning relevant and connected to the learner's experiences, so that they can apply what they have learned to their lives.
