This teaching explores the formation of the Invisible Child—
not as a flaw, personality type, or diagnosis,
but as a nervous system adaptation that formed intelligently.
There may not have been yelling, or chaos.
There may not have been obvious harm.
It was something subtler,
more quiet:
a lack of response.
This offering is not about fixing yourself.
It's about understanding what shaped you—
with compassion, dignity, and steadiness.
We move slowly here.
We don't excavate memories
and we don't push toward change.
We simply create enough safety to recognize what formed,
so the body no longer has to carry it alone.
