Ministers' Building, also known as Secretariat Building, is a historic landmark located in the heart of Yangon, Myanmar. The building was constructed during the colonial era in the early 1900s and was the administrative center for the British-run government of Myanmar. The building is made of red brick and has a distinct colonial architecture style, featuring grand arches, high ceilings, and large windows. The structure is divided into two main sections, the East and West wings, and covers an area of around 12 acres. The building has also been used as the seat of government for various Burmese governments since independence. Is the place where general Aung San and six cabinet ministers were assassinated. It is a popular tourist destination due to its historical significance and grand architecture.
