下呼吸道感染顾名思义，就是我们呼吸道下部、咽喉部以下；包括气管、支气管、肺、引起的感染。那么我们常见的就是像支气管炎、肺炎、这些都属下呼吸道感染。那它感染的病原可以有病毒，可以有细菌；还可以有真菌等等。下呼吸道感染我们说它症状也是分成两个部分；一部分是全身的症状包括发烧、恶寒、身上关节疼或者肌肉疼、周身乏力没有力气精神比较差，那么局部的症状下呼吸道感染主要表现是咳嗽、咯痰、甚至有一些病人喘憋的症状，那么它跟上呼吸道感染比起来，是这些症状相对要重一些。可能发烧体温更高一点持续的时间更长，那么咳嗽、咳痰的症状会更严重，那么表现的是咳黄痰甚至后期有喘憋，这些一般的上呼吸道感染我们是看不到症状的。
