Base game items - no packs - no custom content - lots of debug items & nocc art (does not count as CC in the gallery)

Please place the lot in build mode after entering the lot, and not from the world view or you may lose some features.
All items play-tested. To use the computer, sit in the chair first, then click on laptop. If you merely click on laptop, the Sim will not respond.

I redesigned the BFF house to be a little more realistic. If you live in an area that has these style homes, you know they're not on spacious property with lots of land. They're side by side, packed together, and usually very little yard, if any at all. Many of the ones I've been in have cool sunroom additions in the back... usually it's just added on, so the exterior windows and door are left in place. I hope I got this as close to the real thing as possible.
I also updated the BFFs, giving them a few different outfit changes, hairstyles, and weather-appropriate clothes as well (for Seasons players).
