*Flexible Pay Models*: Employers must ensure workers earn an average of 30 hours per week over four weeks. If weather conditions reduce work availability, employers must supplement wages to meet this minimum.
*Multi-Entry Visas*: Seasonal workers can now leave and re-enter New Zealand multiple times during their visa validity, providing greater flexibility.
*Training Opportunities*: Workers can participate in training and skill-building programs unrelated to their specific job roles, enhancing personal and professional growth.
*Increased Mobility*: Workers can switch employers or regions with a 21-day grace period, allowing them to pursue better opportunities or adapt to changing circumstances.
*Higher Pay for Experienced Workers*: Returning workers with three or more seasons of experience will earn at least NZD 25.47 per hour, reflecting their expertise.
*Expanded Participation*: Timor-Leste has been added to the list of participating nations, increasing opportunities for Pacific workers and addressing labor shortages.

Eligibility:

Workers must have a genuine seasonal job offer from an accredited employer.
The visa does not allow bringing family members as dependents.
Employers must be accredited and follow specific guidelines to hire international workers.

Find a job with an accredited employer through job boards like New Kiwis or Seek.
Check the employer's accreditation on the Immigration New Zealand website.
Prepare necessary documents, including a medical certificate, proof of job advertisement, and proof of eligibility.
Submit the application online through the Immigration New Zealand website before the deadline
