This powdered coffee creamer is a shelf stable pantry staple and can be customized to your liking. Add as much or as little to your coffee for the desired flavor.
1 cup dry powdered milk
1/3 cup powdered sugar or stevia. I actually leave this out.
2 packs (1oz each) vanilla instant pudding
1tsp pumpkin pie spice (if you want pumpkin flavored otherwise omit this)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Blend ingredients and store in air tight container.
Other variations, I believe there are 100’s of variations you can do—-
Apple pie— 1 pkg salted Carmel pudding and 1 tsp Apple pie spice
S’mores- 1 pkg vanilla pudding, 1 pkg chocolate pudding, mini chocolate chips and dehydrated marshmallows.
