A truly joyful Christmas starts with Jesus Christ. Join us in celebrating His birth by sharing His light with others! Start by watching The Christ Child at www.LightTheWorld.org.  

The Christ Child is a touching tribute to our Savior Jesus Christ through a cinematic reenactment of the nativity scene. It’s part of Light the World—a worldwide effort to share Jesus Christ’s light and love with everyone during the Christmas season. Each year, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints invite people around the world to join us in showing kindness, doing acts of service for others, worshipping Jesus Christ, and raising millions of dollars for nonprofits by donating through the Giving Machines.

This year we’re making it simple by inviting people to “add a little light” to their Christmas traditions. Baking Christmas cookies? Bring some to a neighbor! Shopping for Christmas gifts? Give the gift of life at a blood drive! It’s all about celebrating Jesus Christ by following His example of light and love.
