Ginamit si Marcos? Lacson nag-namedrop ng 2 opisyal na nilinlang umano si Zaldy Co para sa kickback

Senate President Pro Tempore Ping Lacson on Tuesday (November 18) countered the claims of resigned congressman Zaldy Co regarding the alleged P100-billion budget insertion of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.

Citing his phone call with former DPWH undersecretary Roberto Bernardo, Lacson named Palace officials "who are not authorized by the president and who misrepresented him" — resigned Presidential Legislative Liaison Office chief Adrian Bersamin and resigned DepEd undersecretary Trygve Olaivar — who supposedly led Co to believe that Marcos had ordered the insertion.

The senator alleged, citing Bernardo's account, that Bersamin and Olaivar were the ones who received "kickbacks" from the insertion.
