Raw Sea Water Pump Upgrade - Ford Lehman 120HP 6D380-120 (2715)

In this video, I replace/upgrade the OEM Jabsco raw seawater pump with a Johnson ordered from American Diesel Corp. (https://americandieselcorp.com/). The upgraded pump is a one-piece design, increasing reliability. The AD kit includes a longer oil cooler hose and a small metal pin to block pressurized hot oil, preventing leaks around the gasket. Mating surfaces and the pin get coated with Permatex #2 Sealant.
