FREEZER MEALS INSTRUCTIONS: use the following recipes for ONE VERY LARGE 9x13 CASSEROLE or SPLIT INTO 2 MEDIUM SIZED 8x8 CASSEROLES
-cover meals with 3 layers of tin foil
label and write down date - use within 3 months
if cooking from frozen - preheat oven to 450 and cook for 1 hr and 30 minutes
if cooking from thawed - preheat oven to 400 and cook for 1 hour
leave tin foil vented on top to prevent burning

TATOR TOT CASSEROLE
1 lb ground beef
2 lb frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 small frozen bag of mixed vegetables
uncle Chris seasoning (optional)

BAKED ZITI
1 lb ground beef
24-32 oz spaghetti sauce
2 cups of mozzarella
1 lb pasta

CREAMY ITALIAN CHICKEN
1 -2 lbs shredded chicken
1 lb pasta
1 Olive Garden dressing
2 cups of parson cheese
8 oz cream cheese

CHICKEN AND RICE
1-2 lbs shredded chicken
2 cups of brown rice
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 Lipton onion soup mix
uncle Chris seasoning (optional)

TACO CASSEROLE
1 lb ground beef
1 can of rotel
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
1 too seasoning
2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese
