Eden Dales, B.A., M.S.W., R.S.W. is a Registered Social Worker & Director of Eden Dales Social Work (EDSW. With over 20 years of clinical experience, ranging across public and private sector settings, Eden has expertise in post-trauma recovery. Eden received her master’s degree from Yeshiva University in New York City, where she began her career supporting clients in the emergency departments during 9/11. Eden supervises a team of therapists and offers post-trauma counselling and education and prepares assessment reports for individuals recovering from trauma. Eden offers psycho-education and psychotherapy for those recovering from concussions and brain injuries and their families. Eden is an educator and has presented at national and international conferences on trauma and concussion related topics (including female concussions). She also developed a six-part trauma-informed care webinar, accredited by the Law Society of Ontario. Eden's work extends to educating agencies, corporations, and hospitals, focusing on mental health, stress management, relationship skills, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and boundary setting.
