A complete home-learning mini lesson using the Set 2 sound 'ow'! Students pause the video at different points to complete the tasks. I made these videos for my reception class to use alongside the great speed sound lessons on here, to encourage writing at home.
The lesson is broken in to different sections:
1. Reading green words with the sound
2. Reading alien words with the sound
3. Reading red words
4. Writing task 1: writing individual words
5. Reading task: reading a short caption
6. Writing task 2: writing a short sentence
