In this video, I'm giving you a little peek into my home office setup and how I get ready for a productive day, all while staying comfortable and stylish. As you know, I love incorporating legwear into my daily life, and today is all about the amazing benefits of compression stockings, especially when you're working at a desk.

You'll see me get settled in, talk a bit about my work routine, and why movement is so important.
